Personal and collective successes are the fruit of the effort of work are signs of the Lord’s steps in our lives, they are signs of ETERNAL LIFE, of God’s steps inside of history, given that these accomplishments transcend our lives and our story.

Effort and work are the fundamental Instrument of sanctification and the search and encounter with God. Through work we give meaning to existence, and we serve personal and human progress, a family, a society, and God. Through work and faith, we discover what God expects of each one of us and we believe the story of our personal salvation. The Love of God is embodied through work. It is in the little things where we discover God and it is in our achievements, fruit of our effort, where we contemplate His greatness. For that reason, successful personal and collective teamwork are manifestations of God’s steps through our history, they are expressions of faith that transcend our existence. The love of work and its fruits are a manifestation of life in God, that is, Eternal Life.
